Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@eksilai.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping fee would be deducted. Flat Rs 100 within India

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@eksilai.com.

At EkSilai, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from EkSilai website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At EkSilai we have 7 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from EKSilai.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
  4. Shipping charge 99Rs applicable on return and exchange product.
  5. Whenever you return a product make sure you take a receipt.
  6.  Make sure the bag is sealed in front of you.
  7. For further claim processes make sure you take a video of packed parcel and keep it safe with you. We will not be liable for any refunds if a wrong product is received in return.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO EkSilai, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Or To raise a return request please drop us an email on info@eksilai.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91 9667246520

EXCHANGES:

At EkSilai we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Only size exchanges are allowed.
  2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately

RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR FREE PRODUCT DETAILS:

ANY ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A BOGO SALE (BUY 1 GET 1 FREE) OR ANY SUCH PROMOTIONS WHEREIN FREE PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED, SUCH ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS.
